Role Overview
We are looking for a high-impact professional to lead CSR partnerships and institutional fundraising for setting up and scaling diabetic clinics across India.
This role will be responsible for raising funds through CSR initiatives of PSUs and large corporates, and converting these partnerships into on-ground healthcare infrastructure and clinic setups.
This is a strategic and execution-driven role requiring strong networking, proposal-building, and stakeholder management capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
1. CSR Fundraising & Corporate Partnerships
Identify and engage with PSUs, large corporates, and foundations with active CSR budgets in healthcare.
Develop and present CSR proposals for diabetic clinic initiatives and other healthcare initiatives, including preventive care and long-term infrastructure.
Drive the complete lifecycle: lead generation → proposal → presentation → closure → fund disbursement.

2. PSU & Government Liaisoning
Build strong relationships with CSR heads and key decision-makers in PSUs and large corporates.
Manage empanelment processes and ensure alignment with CSR guidelines and compliance frameworks.
Engage with government bodies and public health stakeholders where required.

3. Clinic Expansion through CSR Model
Conceptualize and execute scalable models where:
CSR partners fund clinic infrastructure and programs
NeuroEquilibrium operates and manages the clinics
Identify high-potential locations across Tier 1 & Tier 2 cities.
Collaborate with hospitals, NGOs, and local partners for execution. 

4. Proposal Development & Impact Communication
Develop high-quality proposals highlighting:
Healthcare impact (diabetes awareness, early diagnosis, treatment access)
Sustainability and scalability of the model
Create presentations, case studies, and impact reports for CSR partners.

5. Program Execution & Reporting
Provide regular reports and updates to CSR partners as per compliance requirements.

Candidate Profile
Experience
8–15+ years of experience in:
CSR fundraising / institutional partnerships
PSU or corporate liaisoning
Development sector / NGO partnerships
Healthcare project partnerships (preferred)

Must-Have
Proven experience in raising CSR funds from PSUs or large corporates
Demonstrated ability to close mid to large ticket CSR projects (₹50 Lakhs to multi-crore deals)
Strong network with CSR heads / corporate foundations / PSU stakeholders 

Preferred
Experience in healthcare / diagnostics / public health programs
Background in NGO / social impact organizations

Skills Required
Strong networking and relationship-building skills
Excellent proposal writing and presentation skills
Understanding of CSR regulations and compliance
Negotiation and stakeholder management
Ability to work with cross-functional teams
High ownership and execution mindset

Education
MBA / PGDM / Master’s in Public Health / Social Work preferred
Relevant experience will be considered in lieu of formal education
